Envision Energy has signed an agreement with AMEA Power to develop the 500 MW Amunet II wind project in Egypt. The announcement comes after AMEA Power commissioned its 500 MW Ras Ghareb Wind Power Plant in Egypt in June 2025. Amunet II marks the company's second utility-scale wind project in the country and, once operational, will increase its total wind generation capacity in Egypt to 1 GW.
