Enovos Renewables GmbH is planning to build a solar photovoltaic complex, with a total capacity of 214 MW, in the Eifel region of Western Germany.
The project will be comprised of 11 solar plants, equipped with a total of over 380,000 solar modules, and will be fed directly into the high-voltage grid. The project is expected to generate enough energy to supply the electricity requirements of around 60,000 households.
The solar complex will be executed through Solarkraftwerke Südeifel GmbH & Co. KG., a project company in which Enovos holds the 74.9% stake, and 25.1% shareholding belongs to SWT Stadtwerke Trier. SE (Schoenergie) has been selected as the general contractor for planning and construction.
