EnfraGen, LLC and Verano Energy have entered into EPC contracts for the construction of eight solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Chile.

Once completed and operational, the projects will total to approximately 76 MWdc (59 MWac) of installed capacity. EnfraGen's solar portfolio will reach 246 MWdc (185 MWac) when the newly purchased and current running solar projects are added to the portfolio.

The eight projects are owned outside of EnfraGen's existing senior credit group, which was established after a refinancing in 2020.
