Encavis AG has completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake it does not own in the 200 MW Cabrera solar project in Andalucia, Spain from its UK-based partner Solarcentury.
The project consists of four 50 MWp solar PV parks (Primo Alemán, La Cabrera, Haza de Los Sesenta and Los González), a 220 kV booster substation and a 220 kV transmission line measuring 13 km with 36 double circuit towers developed in Alcala de Guadaira, Seville, Spain.
Encavis now fully controls the 100% stakes in the solar parks.
