Econergy and Nofar Energy enters deal to acquire 153 MW Ratesti solar PV project

Israeli companies Econergy and Nofar Energy have entered into an agreement with real estate developer Portland Trust to acquire a 153 MW solar photovoltaic project in Romania. 

The 153 MW Ratesti solar PV project is located in Arges county, in the southern part of Romania. The project is expected to be operational by 2023. 

Schoenherr Romania advised Nofar Energy on the deal.
