Diode Ventures, a Black & Veatch company that develops global infrastructure projects, has sold 100% of a 240 MW photovoltaic (PV) project in development in Fort Bend County, Texas to Acciona.
Diode Ventures has teamed with Enfinite Capital to develop the Fort Bend Solar project to a full notice to proceed (FNTP) state.
The Fort Bend solar project construction will start this year.
