DIF Capital Partners has announced its Finnish district heating and energy services business platform Loimua Oy has agreed to buy Pilke Energia and its subsidiaries in Finland.
Pilke Energia owns and operates two biomass boilers with a combined capacity of 48 MW in the Kärkölä municipality in southern Finland. The company's major job is to generate energy for Koskisen Oy, a local wood product manufacturer.
