Belectric, a member of Elevion Group has secured a contract to construct a 135 MW solar park located southeast of the town of Kolind near Aarhus, Denmark.
BELECTRIC is building a 135-MWp solar power plant over an area the size of 175 football fields for its new partner NRGi Renewables. It is anticipated that over 220.000 modules on site will begin to supply over 30,000 families' yearly electrical needs with solar energy starting in April 2025. The site's embankments and water protection areas were given special consideration throughout the solar farm's design. Furthermore, the concerns of residents also played a central role in the solar farm’s design. Additional noise studies have been carried out to ensure minimal affection to the neighboring population due to the presence of inverters on site.
