CNR has acquired Port Saint Louis du Rhone wind project from Mistral Energie and Reen

Compagnie Nationale du Rhone (CNR) has announced the acquisition of the 21.25 MW Port Saint Louis du Rhone wind project from Mistral Energie and Reen.

The facility, consists of 25 V52 wind turbines, has been in operation since 2005 selling its output power on a long-term power purchase agreement that will be ending soon. The output will then be sold on the wholesale market once the off-take contract expires. 

The financial information about the transaction was not disclosed.
