Compagnie Nationale du Rhône (CNR) has completed the acquisition of the wind and solar assets of the VOL-V Renewable Electricity (VOL-V ER) in France from VLO-V.
VOL-V ER provides CNR with a portfolio of about 1,700 MW of projects with approximately 50 MW operational and 130 MW of under development projects.
VOL-V will redeploy itself for the promotion of energy transition and sustainable development.
