Clearvise AG has acquired a majority stake in a 33 MW ground-mounted solar project in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, from LNF Solar Development GmbH and Mr. Frank Menschel. The project has already received permission and is ready to construct. The parties intend to develop and operate the solar park via a Joint Independent Power Producer (IPP) company in the long run.
Construction is set to begin in 2023, with the grid connection planned for the first half of 2024 due to the long delivery time for the transformer station. The project will also boost Clearvise's presence in France while marking the beginning of the initiatives within the clearPARTNERS model. With more than 100 MW developments, the developers have a development pipeline, and the parties have concluded a cooperation agreement, intending to implement approved projects in the same structure.
Clearvise continues to explore opportunities globally and has plans to expand its portfolio beyond the solar project in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
