China Machinery Engineering Corp (CMEC) signed on Jan 24 a turnkey contract for the construction of the project. The contract is valued at US$221 million, the company will also build a 220-kV transmission line. CMEC will be in charge of the design, procurement, civil engineering, construction and commissioning of the facility. The project is to be completed within 23 months after construction kicks off
