Clean Capital Energy Group (CCE) has started the construction phase of the 89 MW La Huella solar photovoltaic park in Coquimbo, Chile.
The La Huella solar park is constructed in about 145 hectares (358.3 acres) and will features glass-glass PV modules with single-axis solar trackers. The project is scheduled to be operational in 2020.
In September 2019, Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (OHL) was selected for the engineering, construction, commissioning and long-term operation and maintenance (O&M) of La Huella solar project, with a value EUR70 million (US$77.6 million).
