Approaching to its commissioning phase, the 113.2 MW Bodangora wind farm has delivered its first generation to the National Grid, with the help of TransGrid that successfully completed grid connection works. Turbine installation continues on-site with more to be commissioned in coming weeks of August 2018.
The proposed Bodangora wind farm is comprised of around 33 GE wind turbines of 3.4 MW each, a substation, access tracks and an electrical collection system of underground and overhead cables.
The project commenced construction in June 2017 with turbine delivery and installation works commencing in March 2018.
