Bluefield Solar Income Fund listed on London Stock Exchange is proposing to amend its investment objective and investment policy to allow for not more than 25% of the Gross Asset Value (GAV) to be invested into other renewable energy assets and energy storage assets. Within this 25% allocation, up to 10% of the GAV may be invested in assets outside the UK. In addition, up to 5% of the GAV may be invested into UK solar development opportunities.

The mandate change aims to update the Company’s Investment Policy in line with the evolution of the UK energy markets, providing a platform that can continue to deliver attractive levels of income in the coming years.
