Bluefield Solar Income Fund completes purchase of 13.5 MWp solar portfolio in UK

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd (BISF) has completed the purchase of a 13.5 MWp solar portfolio in UK for a total consideration of GBP13.9 million (US$18.2 million). 

The portfolio includes the Gretton and Thornton solar farms in England and the Wormit plant in Scotland.

The solar plants are accredited under the UK’s Renewables Obligation Certificate (ROC) regime with 1.3 ROCs per MWh.
