Bids invited for construction of 100 kW Solar PV(Mini Grid) With Battery Energy Storage System in Fiji Islands

The Fiji Department of Energy has invited bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of a 100 kW Solar PV (Mini Grid) with Battery Energy Storage System in the Fiji Islands.

The Republic of Fiji has received financing from the Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia as a grant to be administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Rural Electrification Support Project (RESP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 

Prebid meeting will be held on 24 September 2025 at 2:00 PM Fiji Time at the Department of Energy, 87 Ratu Mara Rd., Level 1, Nasilivata, Samabula, Suva, Fiji Islands. The Bidding Documents in English can be obtained free of charge from Tenderlink at www.tenderlink.com/finance. Submit bid electronically through www.tenderlink.com/finance/ no later than October 18, 2025.
