Thai company B.Grimm Power PCL, in partnership with the China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Engineering, has won the tender launched by the state-run Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for the development of the world's largest hybrid hydro-floating solar park.
The joint venture of the two companies has signed the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for the construction of a 45 MWac solar photovoltaic project to be built at the Sirindhorn Dam in Sirindhorn District, Ubon Ratchatani, Thailand.
The project is expected to be commissioned by December 2020.
