The Belgium Development Agency and the Government of Mozambique, through the public fund Fundo do Energia (FUNAE), has launched a tender for interested firms to conduct the financial and technical study for the proposed Renewable Energy for Rural Development Phase 2 project in Province of Zambezia in Mozambique.
The project will involve the construction of a mini-grid based on a small hydroelectric power plant in Nintulo of the Gurue District.
The selected firm will carry out the feasibility studies on the mini-hydro project as indicated in the Terms of Reference.
The deadline for the submission of documents is on May 27, 2020.
