Beijing Energy enters deal to acquire 50 MW solar project in Inner Mongolia

Beijing Energy International Holding Co. Ltd., also known as Panda Green Energy Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire the equity interest of a 50 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Inner Mongolia in China. 

Beijing Energy has signed a deal with Suzhou GCL New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of GNE and GCL-Poly, for CNY52.5 million (US$8.18 million). 

The closing of the deal is subject to pending regulatory approval.
