The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) of the Philippines has launched a tender inviting private partners to bid for the establishment of a 25 MW solar photovoltaic project to be located in New Clark City (NCC), Tarlac, Philippines.
Interested bidders may purchase the Terms of Reference for the long-term lease of a 37-hectare property, the development of at least 25 megawatts solar farm, and an investment of at least PhP1 billion (US$18.20 million). The property will have an initial lease period of 25 years, which is renewable for another 25 years upon mutual agreement of the parties.
The deadline for the submission of the tender documents is on April 21, 2023.
