BayWa AG has signed a series of long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts with funds managed by Schroders Greencoat LLP for their solar portfolios. The agreements will see BayWa r.e. take on 16 photovoltaic (PV) facilities with a total capacity of 265 MWp, capable of generating enough energy to power over 68,000 homes.
As part of the agreement, BayWa r.e. will provide a comprehensive range of preventative and corrective O&M services in accordance with Schroders Greencoat’s standards. The company will oversee the maintenance of the solar assets to ensure that they operate at their optimal efficiency.
BayWa r.e. will leverage its expertise in renewable energy to provide high-quality services, including regular maintenance and prompt repairs.
