BayWa r.e., Schroders Greencoat sign O&M deal for UK solar portfolio

BayWa r.e. has signed a number of long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts with funds managed by Schroders Greencoat LLP for their solar photovoltaic portfolios in the UK. 

BayWa r.e. is set to assume responsibility for 16 PV sites under these new contracts, boasting a combined capacity of 265 MWp. This amount of energy is sufficient to supply more than 68,000 households.

Within the scope of the agreement, BayWa r.e. will deliver a comprehensive array of proactive and remedial O&M services, aligning with the quality benchmarks of Schroders Greencoat. This alignment aims to guarantee the optimal functioning of solar assets.
