Audax Renovables has closed a sale agreement which involves the direct participations and associated credits of its subsidiary Parque Eólica Hinojal, SLU, a wind project located in the province of Cádiz with an installed capacity of 36 MW. The facility was sold to Plenium Partners.
This action is part of the debt reduction objective of the Audax Group and in line with the asset rotation strategy undertaken by the company.
