Asterion Industrial Partners has entered into an agreement with the Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AMP Clean Energy) for the acquisition of the 100% stakes in the company.
The deal represents a total investment of about GBP63.1 million (US$81.56 million).
AMP Clean Energy is a distributed energy company which supplies biomass wood fuel, develops low carbon heat and power assets, and invests in companies that support decarbonization.
