Amtech completes sale of SoLayTec solar business

Amtech Systems Inc has completed the sale of its SoLayTec solar machinery business. 

SoLayTec business includes the development, supply, and servicing of machines for atomic layer deposition (ALD) on solar cells. 

The details of the transaction were not yet disclosed to the public.
