Altus Power America, a Connecticut-based renewables company funded by Goldman Sachs, Global Atlantic Financial Group and FS Investments, has completed the purchase of a 2.2 MW solar portfolio consists of three operational solar rooftop and carport photovoltaic (PV) arrays located in the states of Colorado, New Jersey and New Mexico in USA.
The acquired assets have an annual power output of around 2.9 million kWh that are sold to charter school and private corporations.
The transaction details were not disclosed.
