Alpiq and aventron have signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) in Italy with the global pharmaceutical Chiesi Group to supply emission-free energy from a local wind power plant.
Specialists from Alpiq and aventron support the sustainability journey engaged by Chiesi Farmaceutici. The two years contract grants Chiesi Group the sustainable power supply from aventron’s 18 MW Melfi II wind power plant located in the Basilicata region in Southern Italy.
