Albania's MIE launched tender for 50 MW solar project in Akerni developer

Albania’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (MIE) has launched a tender process to develop a 50 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Akerni Area, Vlora. The construction works should be completed within 18 months from the signing of the contract. 

The project foresees a contractual term of 30 years while the energy guaranteed purchase price will be €100 per MW for the first 15 years. The project accounts for a total of EUR70 million investment.

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before September 17, 2018.
