The joint venture of BE-IS & EL-PROM has won the development of the 13.917 MW Veleshice hydropower plant (HPP) located near the northeastern town of Dibra, Albania.
The 928 million leks (US$8.6 million) will be constructed within 8 months from the signing of a 35-year concession contract. The companies bested two other bids in the tender.
