Aker Horizons concludes stake sale of REC Silicon

Aker Horizons ASA's wholly owned subsidiary Aker Horizons Holding AS has finalized the transaction South Korea's Hanwha Solutions Corporation and Hanwha Corporation to sell all of Aker Horizons' shares in REC Silicon ASA.

Following the completion, Aker Horizons does not own any shares or hold any voting rights in REC Silicon ASA and Kristian Røkke has stepped down as the chairman of the board of REC Silicon ASA.
