AEP Energy Partners (AEPEP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc., and a segment of AEP’s Energy Supply division is seeking off-take from new solar and new/repowered wind facilities located in Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM) in the USA.

Tender details can be found on our business opportunity page here.

AEPEP will use the contracted offtake to support the company’s growing retail and wholesale loads in PJM including the recently executed long-term retail supply agreement with Google LLC to supply their New Albany data center with dedicated renewable energy.

Eligibles projects are those constructed and repowered wind and solar plants that are expected to be commissioned between 2020 and 2023.

Interested bidders must submit the notice of intent to bid in the tender by November 22, 2019. The deadline for the submission of the proposal packages is on December 13, 2019.

AEPEP will sign the off-take deals with terms of 10, 12, and 15 years.
