Asian Development Bank approves the US$16 million loan for the 60 MW solar photovoltaic project planned in the district of Teuk Phos, Kampong Chhnang province of Cambodia.
The project requires a total of US$37.4 million of investment and sponsored by a Thai special purpose vehicle, Prime Road Alternative (Cambodia) Co Ltd.
The solar farm will be managed by the state-run electricity supplier Electricite du Cambodge (EdC).
