B.Grimm Power PCL, a subsidiary B.Grimm Solar Power, has agreed to purchase the 100% share of Ray Power Supply Co., Ltd in the 30 MW solar photovoltaic project in Cambodia, for a total share value of US$300,000.
The ground-mounted solar farm is currently under development in Serie Saophoan, Banteay Meanchey Province. The plant has a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) deal with national utility Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC) and is scheduled to be completed by October 2020.
The transaction is subject to approval from the Ministry of Mines and Energy and Cambodian authorities.
