Adani Green Energy Ltd, part of the company Adani Group, has started the operations of the 75 MW wind farm in the state of Gujarat, India.
The 75 MW onshore power plant will operate under a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co Ltd (MSEDCL), with a PPA price of INR2850 (US$40.05) per MWh per kWh for 25 years.
The commercial sale of the energy produced commence on January 1, 2020.
The project is developed through Adani Green's subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy.
