ACWA Power-led team, together with Mitsui & Co, Almoayeed, has put the lowest bid for the 100 MW solar photovoltaic project in Bahrain. The project is located in Askar landfill site in Bahrain's Southern Governorate. The consortium is being advised on its bid by Hogan Lovells
The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) of Bahrain opened bids after the deadline was pushed back twice from the original 7 November 2018.
