ACS enters agreement for Spanish solar portfolio sale

Spanish construction engineering company ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios has entered into an initial agreement for the sale of about 3,000 MW solar portfolio. 

The portfolio includes solar photovoltaic assets that are operational and will enter into commissioning by 2020-2022.

The sale could potentially close to about EUR2.2 billion (US$2.4 billion) with the current equity value of about EUR 750 million (US$817.51 million).
