Signal Energy, an EPC contractor based in Chattanooga, TN, announces the completed construction of the 418 MWp Juno Solar Project in Borden County, Texas. The project was delivered on time and is now producing enough renewable energy to power the equivalent of 40,000 homes.
SB Energy the project owner, has signed earlier a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co Ltd for a portion of the output of the solar farm. The company had acquired the Juno solar project along with 4 other solar projects totaling 1.7 GW.

Signal Energy is in charge of the engineering, construction and procurement works while First solar supplies PV modules for the project.
