Vattenfall has reached an agreement with Volvo Group to sell 50% of the electricity produced at the 140 MW Bruzaholm wind project over a 10-year period. The construction of the wind farm, consisting of 21 turbines of 240 m in height and an area of approximately 13 sq. km. near the city of Eksjö in southern Sweden, will commence in the summer of 2023 and is expected to be commissioned in 2025, at which point Volvo Group will start its agreement.
Through this agreement, Volvo Group reaffirms its commitment to energy transition and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
