San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is a Community Choice Aggregation program (CCA), formed by community leaders to serve five cities in the San Diego region with clean energy. It provides reliable, affordable electricity to nearly 1 million customer accounts in the Cities of San Diego, Chula Vista, Encinitas, La Mesa, Imperial Beach and National City, as well as the unincorporated communities of the County of San Diego.
