Meta and Zelestra announced a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the 176 MWdc (136 MWac) Skull Creek Solar Plant in Texas, USA. Zelestra and Meta have secured PPA covering roughly 1.2 GWdc of solar capacity across seven projects in the United States, all targeted to be operational by 2028. Construction began on two of the projects toward the end of last year, while the remaining developments are expected to start construction in 2026. This update follows Zelestra’s recent announcement of full commercial operation at the 81 MWdc Jasper County Solar Project in Indiana, the first facility delivered under the company’s partnership.
