WestWind Energy Australia has partnered with General Electric for the development of the Golden Plains wind project that will have a generating capacity of up to 1000 MW.
The project will be developed near Rokewood in Victoria’s south-west region. It will be comprised of up to 200 GE’s Cypress onshore wind turbines. Completion of the wind project is expected to be done by 2025.
