Vestas has received an order for seven V126-3.3 MW turbines for the project. The contract includes delivery, installation and commissioning of the turbines, a 10-year Active Output Management (AOM) 5000 service agreement, VestasOnline® Business SCADA solution and the Vestas De-icing System. The De-icing system can help prevent ice build-up on the turbine blades by using an ice detection system and a hot air flow unit within the blades
