US Solar Fund concludes acquisition of 39 MWdc solar portfolio in North Carolina

US Solar Fund plc has closed the acquisition of 100% of the cash equity interests in three operating utility-scale solar power projects totaling approximately 11 MWDC in North Carolina. Including the financial close of the five projects announced on 2 January, USF has now closed all eight projects of the acquisition from Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC, for a total of 39 MWDC.
