Aldesa, the developer of two 24 MW solar farms in Spain, has received a positive environmental impact assessment from the local government.
FV San Jorge and FV Burguillos will be built in an area that is considered to be of no urban use. Located in Extremadura region, the facilities will be powered by 71,640 solar panels of 335 Wp.
Aldesa's proposal to build the solar parks comes with several preventive measures for the protection of the vegetation, wildlife, water and soil.
Aldesa will invest close to EUR 40 million (USD 45.6m) in both projects.
