The European Investment Bank (EIB) has approved a loan financing of Norvento Enerxia for the development of its 100.35 MW wind portfolio located in Lugo, Spain.
The portfolio consists of Neda, Carracedo, A Pastoriza, and Cadeira wind farms with up to 29 wind turbines. The project is expected to value up to EUR108 million (US$123.78 million).
The project is of the renewable energy projects that EIB will be financing after the moratorium in 2012 and the new regulatory framework.
