The companies have received a letter of bid acceptance from the Energy Commission of Malaysia. The letter states that the capacity of the project cannot exceed 30 MW and that the annual output over 21 years cannot fall below 60,385.20 MWh. The concession and joint venture agreements have not yet been signed
