TerniEnergia SpA has re-acquired the stakes in three solar firms in Italy. The company has taken back 50% stakes in Energia Alternativa Srl and Solter Srl that it sold to L&T City Real Estate Ltd for EUR6.1 million (US$7.5 million) and EUR1.3 million (US$1.5 million), respectively. Energia Alternativa holds about 13.9 MW solar asset composed of 12 solar farms. Solter has four plants with 3.8 MW capacity in total. TerniEnergia now owns 100% shareholding in the two firms. The company has also re-acquired 45% of the shareholdings in Sol Tarenti Srl from Ranalli Immobiliare Srl for EUR1.5 million (US$1.6 million). The stake was sold in 2014. Sol Tarenti owns four PV parks with a combined capacity of 3.3 MW.
