Tata Power Co Ltd, through its Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd (TPREL) subsidiary, has received a letter of award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co Ltd. (MSEDCL) for the development of 100 MW solar photovoltaic project in Maharashtra.
The project is expected to generate power after 18 months of development.
The developers will sign a 25-year power purchase deal with MSEDCL.
