Inox Wind Ltd, through its unit Inox Wind Infrastructure Services (IWISL), has sold its 51% interest in the wind power generation business Sri Pavan Energy Pvt Ltd to Telangana-based Sri KPR Infra & Projects Ltd.
The interest that represents about 51,000 equity shares in the company worth around INR510,000 (US$6,700).
With the closing of the deal, Sri Pavan Energy will now be completely owned by Sri KPR Infra & Projects.
